A COVID related application was developed and is being updated by the University of Toronto in cooperation with the University of Guelph and the Sick Kids Hospital Toronto.
Impressive group effort using GitHub. They have been using data from local Public Health agencies posted on open data sites and Open Street Map. Clearest visualization of probably the most reliable data.
