Biography
An asset management and GIS professional with 16 years of diverse consulting and municipal experience. Before joining the GM BluePlan team, Jennifer successfully implemented and lead the Asset Management Program and GIS as the GIS and Asset Management Coordinator for the Town of Grimsby (2014-2023). Jennifer was responsible for the implementation and management of the Town’s ESRI GIS platform, including all asset databases and related asset applications. This included the development of custom software tools, automation routines, processes, procedures, and data collection to improve the Town’s asset management initiatives. She was responsible for facilitating project teams, identifying resources, and establishing project objectives, timelines and milestones. Jennifer was also the chair of the asset management team, whose goal was to develop, implement and grow the Town’s asset management program, including condition assessment protocols, risk and criticality models, lifecycle management, and level of service framework. She was responsible for the mapping of all business processes and needs assessment for a new corporate maintenance management system, and successfully procured new software for the Town.

Prior to the Town of Grimsby, Jennifer worked for Associated Engineering (2007-2013), gaining a wide range of experience in GIS and asset management projects across Canada. Jennifer has her C.Tech and GISP designations.
