Phil Healey is a GIS Solutions Architect with a passion for understanding the interconnectedness of geographic data and its applications in solving real world problems. With over three decades of experience in provincial and municipal government administration he has extensive experience in GIS program planning and development, governance, coordination, and collaborating with people across many areas of the city. Phil strives to produce smart and sustainable solutions to advance his organization in all areas of infrastructure planning, design, building and operating public services in Kingston.
