BeSpatial'21 Virtual Conference Update

February 05, 2021 3:50 PM | Sandra Crutcher (Administrator)

We are excited that BeSpatial will be hosting the May 4-5 annual conference event on the PheedLoop virtual platform with its many enhanced event features. PheedLoop is positioned as a marketplace leader in delivering a memorable virtual event experience including a robust conference program, exhibit hall with visitations, demos and meetings, networking opportunities and much, much more!

The agenda for our program sessions is also shaping up with keynotes Alex Miller, President, Esri Canada and Biju Misra, Director, Transformation / Operations at Enbridge who will be setting the tone for each day.

As in our past onsite events and, in addition to the plenaries, you may choose from a number of breakout sessions.  A workshop,  a YPN focused session for those new to the GIS and information community and networking opportunities will be available throughout each day.  There will also be awards, member recognitions and draw prizes!

In keeping with our not for profit commitment,  we have adjusted our registration rates to recognize associated costs. We appreciate the ongoing support of our sponsors and members and hope to help accommodate those who may be in a budget crunch during the pandemic.

Please take this opportunity to spread the word to your colleagues and encourage them to join you at the event. Let's work together to make this virtual event a grand success!

Our new registration rates for the BeSpatial Annual Event May 4-5 are as follows:

$20 per student

$45 per person for full conference for groups of three or more

$50 per person for full conference

$75 per person for full conference including access to workshop(s)

We look forward to seeing you virtually in a few months!
